Emergency: Within 2 hours. Holidays, weekends and after-hours, extra.

Service Charge Fee does not apply to:
1) Sites under Maintenance Contracts.
2) Returned Visits to complete a previous service call.
Emergency Service Charge: All Emergency calls are billed door to door.(From the time we leave our office to the time we come back).
Emergency Service response: We make every effort to respond as soon as possible. We are dispatched out of The City of Pasadena, and, within a 60 mile radius, we estimate our response time to be within 2 hours of your request. However, rush hours, accidents and other situations out of our control will make our response time vary.
